Sales of Rs. 12 Cr.

The year 2020 saw us achieving sales of Rs. 12 Cr. and two milestones:

  1. Becoming authorized distributors for GODEX brand Barcode Printers & Assessories, and
  2. Setting up of POS/Billing Roll Manufacturing.

We are now working towards Setting up of eco-friendly paper Self Adhesive Tapes manufacturing as an alternative to BOPP Tapes.

Time to Move

From C Category to B Category

With ₹8 crore in projected sales this year, we aimed for double-digit growth by moving from the C to B Category of suppliers. Investing in a 6-color stack-type wide-web flexographic printing machine allowed us to serve cost-sensitive customers and capture the rising demand for multi-color printing.

10 Products in our Kitty

By the mid of 2016, we were dealing in 10 Products (BOPP Tape, PP & PET Strap, Bar Code Labels & Ribbons, LLDPE Rolls & Courier Bags, Honeycomb, Edge Protectors, Stretch Films and Air-bubble Rolls and Pouches) and we set an aim of becoming a complete outer packaging unit by end of FY 2019-20, which has been achieved.

PE Based LLDPE Films

LLDPE rolls, pouches and stretch films are in demand in the automotive industry due to lower cost as compared to other solid packaging, so we installed a monolayer plant in collaboration with Indian partner to cater the demand.

The Dawn of E-Commerce

Bar Coding Solutions

The E-Commerce, in India, kicked off in year 2013 with the coming of Myntra, Jabong, Flipkart and Amazon. We saw an opportunity to cater to these clients in the field of Bar Coding Solutions in their Warehouses being setup in our vicinity. We put up a Barcode label manufacturing unit and started trading in Ribbons as we tied up with Dynic (Japan), Armor (France) and RICOH (Japan). We opened Raj Finepack Industries as sister concern to cater E-Commerce companies, exclusively. We now have vast experience in the E-Commerce sector and can meet their entire outer packaging needs.

In 2011 the main suppliers of PP strip were in Delhi or in Gujarat, being situated in a strategic location (Bhiwadi) we saw an opportunity and started manufacturing in February 2011 with a yearly capacity of 240 Tons.

In May 2008 Raj Industries was incorporated and on 29 November 2008 the first production run of BOPP Tapes was started with an annual capacity of 35 lakh sq meter.
